What to Reach Out About

• A tool that stopped working: platforms change their apps and link formats often, and reports of a specific broken tool are usually the fastest way to get it fixed. Mention the tool page and, if possible, the link that failed.
• Copyright or takedown requests: GetinDevice doesn't host any media; every file is fetched directly from the platform's own servers at the time of the request. For a copyright concern about specific content, the platform that hosts it is usually the right place to start, but a message here won't go unread either.
• Billing questions for the Android app: subscriptions for the ad-free plan are billed and managed through Google Play, so cancellations and refunds go through Google Play's own subscription settings first. This email can still help if something isn't working as expected.
